Welcome To Our New Trainees
As part of our growth strategy it’s important to us to create new roles in a trainee capacity, so we are delighted to introduce our two newest members to the team.
Ashley McDonald joins us as a Trainee Consultant in our Construction division. Based in Edinburgh Ashley will be trained in the full recruitment cycle within Construction Trades & Labour. This fast paced market suits Ashley who already comes from a construction background.
“I have always desired a career within recruitment, so when I noticed Maxwell Bruce were recruiting for a trainee position within the Construction division – a sector in which I already had experience – I knew this would be the perfect role for me. Since joining I couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome; the culture, people and their commitment to career development make it a fantastic place to work. I feel privileged to be embarking on my recruitment journey with Maxwell Bruce and am very much looking forward to the future!”
Aneta Hebda joins us as a Trainee Consultant in our Industrial division. Based in Glasgow Aneta is learning how to fulfil the recruitment process in a very demanding environment. Our Industrial division is audited regularly from our clients’ supply chain, so Aneta’s attention to detail will support our ‘audit ready every day’ ethos.
“Recruitment is a totally new career path for me, and I am hoping to help in building a strong and successful company, that delivers excellent service to clients and candidates. I am really enjoying my time so far; the training programme will prepare me very well for the future to become a highly successful Recruitment Consultant at Maxwell Bruce.”
Lynne Stephen, Director:
